Antonio founded Sermes Planificación in 1997 as a “Special Employment Center” whose main objective is the labor integration of disabled people. He established the CRO division in 2001 as the first and only special employment CRO in Spain.
Antonio who holds a Master’s in Business Administration, is President of the National Association of Special Employment Center, Member of the Governing Council Committee of the City of Madrid and also Consultant of a company called Expense Reduction Analysis among others.
